This page explains which data is needed to handle contact and meeting bookings through OTEKCODE.
Controller and contact
The owner of the OTEKCODE service is the controller of data submitted through otekcode.pl. For data-related matters, contact contact@otekcode.pl.
Scope and purpose
The booking form collects your name and email address, plus optional company, topic and challenge details. The data is used only to arrange and handle the meeting and to prepare a response to your inquiry.
Legal basis
Data is processed to take steps at your request before a potential contract and under the legitimate interest of handling correspondence and protecting the system from abuse.
Infrastructure and recipients
The website and booking database run on Cloudflare infrastructure. The provider may process technical and form data required to operate the service. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area using safeguards provided by the vendor and applicable law.
Retention and security
Booking data is deleted around 180 days after the meeting through a daily retention process. Technical anti-abuse data is kept for a shorter period. The public website uses no analytics, advertising cookies or trackers.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority. The exact scope of rights depends on the basis for the relevant processing.
